This policy applies exclusively to purchases made directly through our official platform.

  • 10-Day Return Window: Eligible, unopened items may be requested for return within 10 calendar days of confirmed delivery.

  • Strict Chain of Custody: To ensure laboratory safety and quality control, products with compromised safety seals cannot be returned or restocked.

  • Rapid Discretionary Claims: Damaged, incorrect, or missing item claims should be submitted within 48 hours of delivery for expedited resolution.

10-Day Return Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for an authorized return, products must satisfy all of the following conditions:

  1. Unopened & Unused State: Items must remain completely unused and in their original, unopened state.

  2. Intact Protective Packaging: All original tamper-evident seals, heat-shrink bands, and vial labels must remain fully intact without alteration.

  3. Pristine Condition: Items must be in the exact physical condition in which they were delivered.

  4. Direct Purchase Proof: Products must have been purchased directly from our official store and accompanied by a valid order number.

Important Note: Products that have been reconstituted, opened, thermally degraded, exposed to ambient moisture, or otherwise removed from their original sealed condition are strictly non-returnable.

Non-Returnable Research Products

For safety, quality assurance, and strict chain-of-custody reasons, we cannot return research compounds back into active laboratory inventory once their original seal or packaging has been opened or tampered with.

The following items cannot be accepted for return or refund:

  • Any product with a broken or tampered safety seal

  • Reconstituted research peptides or liquids

  • Products damaged due to improper laboratory storage or environmental exposure

  • Returns dispatched without prior written customer support authorization

  • Products purchased from unauthorized third-party vendors or resellers

  • Items explicitly designated as clearance or non-returnable

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items Protocol

Please inspect all package contents immediately upon arrival. If your shipment arrives damaged, contains incorrect items, or is missing catalog items, notify our customer support team promptly—ideally within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

Steps for Submitting an Issue Claim

When contacting support to report an order discrepancy or damaged vial, please provide:

  • Your original Order Number and primary contact details

  • A concise description of the damage or fulfillment discrepancy

  • Clear, high-resolution photographs showing:

    1. The exterior shipping package showing the shipping label clearly

    2. Internal protective packaging materials

    3. The specific affected or damaged research vials/items

Once verified, our support team will arrange a replacement shipment, issue store credit, or process an appropriate refund.

Order Cancellation Policy

Order fulfillment occurs rapidly following payment processing.

  • Pre-Fulfillment Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled prior to entering the packing and dispatch queue.

  • Post-Fulfillment Status: Once an order has been packed, assigned a carrier tracking label, transferred to the carrier, or marked as fulfilled, it can no longer be cancelled.

How to Request a Return

Do not return products without prior written authorization from Peptide Sciences. Unauthorized shipments will be refused.

To request an authorized return:

  1. Submit a written request to customer support including your Order Number, product name, and reason for return.

  2. Attach supporting photographic documentation if reporting damage or incorrect items.

  3. Await official return instructions and authorization details from our team.

  4. Pack items securely using appropriate protective shipping materials to prevent transit damage.

Return Shipping & Refund Processing

Return Shipping Costs

  • Provider Error: If a return is caused by a verified fulfillment error (e.g., incorrect compound dispatched or verified item damage), Peptide Sciences will provide return instructions and cover applicable return freight.

  • Discretionary Returns: For approved discretionary returns not caused by provider error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Processing Timelines

Once an authorized return is received and inspected at our facility:

  1. You will receive an email notification confirming receipt and inspection status.

  2. Upon approval, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

  3. Billing reflect cycles vary based on individual financial institutions and payment card issuers.

Lost or Stolen Shipments & Delivery Tracking

A carrier’s physical or electronic delivery confirmation scan serves as standard proof of successful delivery. If tracking indicates a package was delivered but it cannot be located:

  1. Confirm the delivery address listed on your order confirmation.

  2. Inspect peripheral delivery areas, building reception desks, mailrooms, and secondary entrances.

  3. Check with facility managers or colleagues who may have accepted the package.

  4. Contact customer support with your order number and tracking details for assistance.

Payment Disputes & Chargeback Policy

We encourage researchers and institutions to contact our customer support team directly before initiating a formal payment dispute or credit card chargeback. Our team is committed to investigating and resolving legitimate order issues.

Fraudulent chargebacks, false claims of non-delivery, or abuse of our returns process may result in immediate account restriction, order cancellation, and blacklisting from future purchases across our platform.
